4.2 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and the payment method used. winph44 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at its sole discretion.
4.3 Deposit Processing
Deposits made via e-wallets such as GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your winph44 account instantly. Deposits made via bank transfer may take up to one (1) banking business day to be reflected in your account balance. winph44 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4.4 Prohibited Deposits
You agree that all funds deposited into your winph44 account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. winph44 reserves the right to refuse any deposit and to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction that it deems suspicious. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name may be refused and returned.

5. WITHDRAWALS

13. TERMINATION

13.2 Termination by Player

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
13.3 Effect of Termination
